>>> ABOUT THE MACROS MakeMail & SignMail:

Use these macros to easily create, sign & save CompuServe Email for
ReadCIS. Create Email at any time, while in any application, without
starting ReadCIS; automatically format mail, import address & leave
address book in its original state. Edit your mail with the convenience
of word-wrap and easily save the mail as text. Append any one of five
signature files to your mail or leave it unsigned. Use any address book,
in Psion Data format, that is ReadCIS compliant (i.e. 1st field=name,
2nd field=address.)

MakeMail will either create a new email message or, if you start the
Macro from MAIL!.CIS, will create a reply to the mail message that
you are reading. If you start MakeMail from any Psion Data file you
are given the option to use the current address. This allows you to
use an address from a Data file which is not your default phone book.
MakeMail will open your default address book, if required, and search
the name field using a search string that you specify. MakeMail will
then import the addressee's name & email address into the mail
message. MakeMail checks your ReadCIS Mail Out-Basket to ensure that
you have not exceeded the allowed number of mail files. MakeMail
names the mail files as required by ReadCIS.

SignMail operates in one of two modes. If started while editing a
file titled MAIL*.OUT, SignMail will save the file as text and append
the signature file of your choice. If SignMail enters a SetUp mode
if started from any other application screen. In the SetUp mode you
can create, edit, or delete signature files. SetUp mode also has an
option for choosing which address book to use.
